YOGA TOGETHER
At the heart of yoga and tantra is sangha, community, the uplifting support of those around you- cheering for you, rooting for you and believing in you to keep going. I created Yoga Together so we could continue learning, growing and evolving TOGETHER.
Yoga Together is a platform for anyone and everyone, regardless of where you are in your practice or if you’ve never even practiced at all! This platform allows you to practice daily whether you want to start your day feeling energized or end your day feeling calm and grounded.
MaNTRA LAYA: Live starting

Yoga of Dissolution & Merging
Join me starting on 5th February for nine days on a journey chanting a beautiful and powerful mantra - MANTRA LAYA : this mantra is directly associated with the sound petals of the chakras.
If you are into Tantra and the conversation of spiritual awakening/ kundalini and the 1000 lotus petals connected at the crown of the head (Sahasrara Chakra), then you are in for a treat!
Mantra Laya is a supreme mantra meditation practice that opens the gate of the crown chakra!
If you are curious about and learn more about this practice. I will be hosting a LIVE call with a presentation on the Chakras and the connection to Mantra Laya, then we begin the practice to learn this Mantra.
For nine days we will meet LIVE (you can watch the recordings if the LIVE doesn't work), the first few days are to learn the mantra, then the last days will be a short Sadhana to connect to the Mantra. Each day will take only around 12 minutes (only the first call/presentation will be 60min).
This practice does not have the same rules as Eka Dasi, so just sit, chant and enjoy the awakening force of the chakras :)
