♡ A THREE MONTH MENTORSHIP

There is a lot of noise right now. Collective stress, spiritual disappointment, and the confusion that follows when outer authority collapses. In times like these, many people lose faith in practice, in teachers, and sometimes even in themselves. Rooted & Radiant is a gentle, intimate container for returning to what cannot be taken away:

your inner steadiness, your inner clarity, and the power of your own heart.

This is not a mentorship to honor your teacher. It is a mentorship to come back and honor yourself, so that over time you need less and less external guidance and more and more trust in your own inner authority. Rooted in traditional yoga, meditation, self inquiry, and sacred practices, this journey is designed to help you integrate wisdom into real life, strengthen your intuition, and remain courageous and clear in the face of adversity.

What You Will Receive

Inside Rooted & Radiant, you will receive:

• Five private 30 minute mentorship calls across three months
• Personalized guidance to support your practice, mindset, and real life integration
• Traditional Hatha yoga and meditation practices for steadiness, clarity, and courage
• Vichara self inquiry support to refine your inner questioning and discernment
• Yantra and sacred number teachings to align with deeper energetic patterns

How It Works

• This is an intimate container with only five spaces available per cohort
• The mentorship runs for three months
• Once the five spaces are filled, doors close, and the next round opens in three months
• Calls begin in March and are completed between March and May
• You will also receive access to the Vichara course to move through at your own pace and the access to my on-demand platform for 6 months with over 100 yoga classes.
