Eka Dasi Kriya
11 Days to Purify, Recalibrate & Deepen Your Practice
Eka Dasi Kriya is an 11-day sacred and advanced pranayama / breath purification practice designed to clear stagnation, refine awareness, and support inner clarity.
Eka Dasi works at a deep, subconscious level, gently dissolving habitual patterns and supporting karmic purification.
Rooted in traditional yogic understanding, this practice works through the subtle body using breath, rhythm, and disciplined repetition. It is not simply a quick cleanse, but a conscious and intentional reset, one that asks for commitment and consistency.
This is an invitation to create space in the breath, the nervous system, and the mind, allowing clarity to arise.
About the Practice
Eka Dasi Kriya is a structured breath purification process practiced once a day for 11 consecutive days (twice, in the first four days). Through repetition, the practice supports a gradual refinement of breath and awareness. The practice begins at 5 minutes per day and gradually builds to approximately 55 minutes by Day 11.
