Have you heard of Eka Dasi before?

It is an advanced pranayama technique that is done over the course of 11 consecutive days with the intent to deeply enter the layers of subconscious mind to clear blockages and to purifying Karma, yes that is right!

Eka Dasi is designed to access the profound layers of the subconscious mind and to purify blockages from the emotional experiences that were not fully processed in our past.

There are some important requirements:

  • That you are not a yoga beginner. That means you have some experience with asana (yoga poses), that you can hold a yoga pose stable & calm, or that you can sit in a stable & calm position. This practice won’t require yoga poses, but it will require that you are seated with stability.

  • That you have done pranayama (breath work) before.

  • That you commit to completing the 11 days consecutively!

  • That you ARE NOT pregnant. Eka Dasi is not recommended when pregnant because of the inhale retentions.

  • After the 11 days are completed, you must do on your own for a few days (or longer) Savitri Pranayama to balance the nervous system. You will also receive guidance for this pranayama.

This will be done early in the morning, you will do it early in your morning time.
