A group gathering for chats, meditations, mini presentation/ workshop - usually for 90 min to 2hrs.

The theme for this month’s gathering is exploding in my heart:

“Navigating Traditional Yoga in the Modern World” - Lets talk about the challenges of being a teacher or student facing many obstacles of the commercialized Yoga enterprise.

If for any reason/ time zone you cannot participate LIVE, the session will be recorded and kept in the library for 7 days.
